Falha nas chamadas MRA com serviço indisponível

Problema

Chamadas entre dois clientes Jabber registrados no CUCM via MRA falham com a mensagem de erro "503 Service Unavailable"

Fluxo de chamada:

Cliente Jabber 1 > Expressway-E > Expressway-C > CUCM > Expressway-C > Expressway-E > Cliente Jabber 2

Note: No fluxo de chamadas, o cliente Jabber 1 e o cliente Jabber 2 estão registrados na mesma implantação de MRA, o que significa que o par Expressway é o mesmo antes e depois do CUCM.

Solução

Um CONVITE do Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) vai do CUCM para o Expressway-C

A chamada falha porque não encontra uma licença disponível, mas uma chamada entre dois clientes jabber registrados no mesmo CUCM via MRA não requer nenhuma licença no Expressway-C. Esse problema acontece quando a zona de passagem de comunicação unificada Expressway-C é apontada para o endereço IP interno do Expressway-E em vez do endereço IP público do Expressway-E.

Na implantação do Expressway-E de uma única placa de rede, a zona de passagem de comunicação unificada deve ser apontada para o endereço IP público do Expressway-E e o firewall entre o Expressway-E e a Internet deve ser configurado com a reflexão de NAT (Network Address Translation) para permitir a comunicação entre o Expressway-C e o Expressway-E.
