このドキュメントでは、電話機の設定ファイルを取得する2つの方法について説明します。電話機の設定ファイルを確認する必要があることは珍しくありません。ただし、電話機の設定ファイルの入手方法に慣れていない人が多くいます。

この項では、Webブラウザを使用して電話機の設定ファイルを取得する手順について説明します。
ステップ 1： Webブラウザ（Firefox、Internet Explorer、Google Chromeなど）を開きます。
ステップ 2： このUniform Resource Locator(URL)を変更して、情報を反映します。
ipofcallmanager:6970/SEPwhatever.cnf.xml.sgn
ipofcallmanagerを、TFTPサービスを実行しているCUCMのIPアドレスに置き換えます
SEPwhateverを電話のMACアドレスに置き換えます
ステップ 3： WebブラウザのアドレスバーにURLを入力します。
ステップ 4： ダウンロードを受け入れるように求められたら、ブラウザの操作を選択して[OK]をクリックします。

パケットキャプチャから
このセクションでは、pcapを使用して電話機の設定ファイルを取得する手順について説明します。
ステップ 1： Wiresharkでパケットキャプチャを開きます。
ステップ 2： HTTPでフィルタ。
ステップ 3： CTL、ITL、および設定ファイルの対象の電話機からCUCMへのGETメッセージを探します。
ステップ4a: SEPXXXXXXXXXXXXの回線を右クリックします。12 Xは電話機のMACアドレスです。
ステップ4b: [フォロー]に移動し、[TCPストリーム]をクリックします。
ステップ 5： Wiresharkでポップアップウィンドウが開き、電話機からCUCMへのGET文字列が表示され、CUCMから電話機への200 OKが表示され、コンフィギュレーションファイルを確認できます。
手順 6： ポップアップウィンドウで右クリックし、[すべて選択]をクリックします。
ステップ7：ポップアップウィンドウを右クリックし、[コピー]をクリックします。
これで、テキストをテキストファイルに追加して保存できます。
