Questo documento descrive la procedura per risolvere i problemi relativi alle schede di linea Cisco Aggregation Services Router (ASR) serie 5000 e 5500. In questa procedura vengono evidenziati alcuni comandi e le parole chiave ottenuti dal file SSD (Show Support Detail) generato sullo chassis ASR 5000 o ASR 5500. L'output di ciascun comando fornisce i sintomi di una scheda guasta e consente di individuare il problema. L'obiettivo in questo caso non è quello di affrontare problemi specifici su una determinata scheda di linea, in quanto esistono numerosi problemi hardware diversi.
