Pallavi’s over three decades of experience in Information Technology, with over 26 years at Cisco, spread across software, product development, and customer experience. Pallavi focuses on strategic transformation for customers through unmatched technical expertise and innovation in cutting-edge technologies.

Pallavi believes in the power of authentic leadership and enjoys solving complex problems. She is an ardent advocate of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. She sponsors the Cisco Ideathon, an award-winning university hiring program transforming Cisco India's hiring strategy. A regular speaker in industry events spanning the topics of business leadership, women in STEM, and nurturing a thriving career, she also serves as a member of the NASSCOM Engineering R&D Council.
