Bug ID

Description

CSCwc89713

Headline: Some static bfd session is removed after reload.

Symptom: The symptoms are as follows:

·       Configure under Nexus 3548:

ip route static bfd Ethernet1/44 X.X.X.2

ip route static bfd Ethernet1/45 Y.Y.Y.2

    interface Ethernet1/44

      bfd interval 300 min_rx 300 multiplier 3

    interface Ethernet1/45

      bfd interval 300 min_rx 300 multiplier 3

·       Before reload, there are two bfd sessions for static route:

    N3548C# show bfd neighbors

    OurAddr    NeighAddr    LD/RD            RH/RS    Holdown(mult)    State    Int

    X.X.X.1    X.X.X.2      1090519041/1     Up       4551(3)          Up       Eth1/44

    Y.Y.Y.1    Y.Y.Y.2      1090519042/36    Up       5115(3)          Up       Eth1/45

·       After reload, there is only one bfd session for Eth1/44, and removed for Eth1/45:

    N3548C# show bfd neighbors

    OurAddr    NeighAddr    LD/RD           RH/RS    Holdown(mult)    State     Int

    X.X.X.1    X.X.X.2      1090519041/1    Up       4530(3)          Up        Eth1/44

Workaround: Configure default interface configuration and re-configure.
