This document describes the various locations of the documentation that you can use in order to configure and troubleshoot PBX IP Media Gateway (PIMG) and T1 IP Media Gateway (TIMG) issues when you attempt to integrate a PBX for use with Cisco Unity Connection or Cisco Unity for Voicemail.
The PIMG and TIMG are devices that are made by Dialogic® in order to enable the integration of a PBX for use with Cisco Unity Connection or Cisco Unity for Voicemail.
There is a large amount of documentation located on Cisco.com, but it is often difficult to locate the documentation that is helpful. This document provides links to the most useful documentation for attempts to configure and troubleshoot PIMG and TIMG issues.

Most of the firmware that is used in order to update the PIMG or TIMG can be found on Cisco.com; however, a special release might be recommended at times, which is located on the Dialogic® website.
