When inter-VLAN routing is enabled for VLAN 1 or any other VLAN created, the Anyconnect user has access to resources.
However when inter-VLAN routing is disabled, Anyconnect can access only the router interface but not resources on this VLAN.
Enable inter-VLAN routing on respective VLANs but if required create access rules (ACL) to restrict access between the VLANs.
