CSCvx25561 | Scaling of LiveData to support 36k agents |
A performance improvement introduced in Live Data (LD) 12.5 ES07 and later requires additional RAM, except for the 2k deployment type.
As part of the Cisco regular design validation and improvement process, LD has undergone an architecture and design change in order to handle a larger amount of real-time data processing.
A customer who has already deployed the Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solution (> 2k deployment) might experience a performance issue with LD, post Release ES07 or the latest patch update, when the RAM does not meet the requirements as documented in Virtualization for Unified Contact Center Enterprise - Supplemental Information.
Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC)-LD ESs are cumulative. A customer who has deployed ES07 or later must follow the virtualization guidelines to adjust the RAM. There is no action required for ES06 or lower.
Note: The content of this field notice is applicable only for these Enterprise solutions: UCCE, Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE), Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS), and Webex Contact Center Enterprise (WxCCE). If LD was deployed using the OVA template (UCCELD_12.5_VOS_vmv13_v1.0_a.ova) released on 2021-03-24, there is no action required irrespective of the ES release number.
