Firepower sensors that run Software Version 6.0.1 or earlier might experience SFDataCorrelator threads that become unresponsive. This can cause failures in these Firepower sensor functions: GeoDB updates, URL categories/reputations, user-to-ip mapping updates, and policy deployments.
Policy updates cannot be applied to the Firepower sensor.
Disable "inspect archives" in the advanced settings of the File Policy settings.
Upgrade the Firepower Sensor to Software Version 6.1.0 or later. This software is available from Cisco Software Central for customers with a valid service contract.
