Cisco 7962, 7965, or 7975 Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) IP phones with expansion modules might reset.
The reset might occur on phones that run any firmware between 9.3(1)ES27 through 9.4(2) ES10.Cisco bug ID CSCuu49765, 7975 and 7962 SCCP phones with sidecars resetting, was found in software codes 9.3(1)ES27 through 9.4(2) ES10.
A fix was introduced in software code 9.4(2)SR2.Cisco 7962, 7965, or 7975 SCCP IP phone and expansion module will reset.
It is recommended that customers who experience the resets upgrade to 9.4(2)SR2. The upgrade is available from the Download Software page.
