Cisco announces the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for the Cisco ASR 9000 Series Version 1 Power Bundles and Devices. The last day to order the affected product(s) is November 13, 2014. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life milestones, definitions, and dates for the affected product(s). Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement. For customers with active and paid service and support contracts, support will be available under the terms and conditions of customers' service contract.

The Cisco ASR 9000 Version 2 power bundles and devices are available for migration from Version 1.The product IDs ASR9006AC, ASR9006DC, ASR9010AC, and ASR9010DC are part of Version 1 power bundles, which will reach their end-of-sale date at the same time as the associated Version 1 power trays and modules. The Cisco ASR 9006 and ASR 9010 chassis continue their regular support as part of the Cisco ASR 9000 Series, and these can continue to be purchased together with the Version 2 AC or DC power trays. Cisco ASR 9006 and ASR 9010 chassis using the Version 1 AC or DC power tray may if desired be upgraded to use the Version 2 AC or DC power tray. Only those products related to Version 1 power bundles and devices are part of this end-of-sale notice.
Customers may be able to use the Cisco Technology Migration Program (TMP) where applicable to trade-in eligible products and receive credit toward the purchase of new Cisco equipment. For more information about Cisco TMP, customers should work with their Cisco Partner or Cisco account team.
