Part of the Cisco® 1000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR), the ISR 1100 Series and ISR 1100X Series are powered by Viptela® operating system or IOS XE SD-WAN operating system. These devices combine WAN and comprehensive security in a wired high-performance platform. The ISR 1100 Series and ISR 1100X Series combine an enterprise grade platform with best-in-class SDWAN. The ISR 1100 Series come with 4GB DRAM, whereas the ISR 1100X Series offer 8GB DRAM.

Steps for ordering in Cisco Commerce (CCW)
● Search for ISR1100-6G (or ISR1100-4G/4GLTEGB/4GLTENA or ISR1100X-4G/6G) and ‘Add’ it to the estimate. Click on ‘Edit Options’.

● Select power cables and accessories (Ethernet and Console cables). Power cable is a mandatory selection, and customer needs to select a power cable from the list based on specific country requirements.

● Select transceivers as required from the list (applicable only for ISR1100-6G and ISR1100X-6G)

● Choose between Viptela OS and IOS XE SD-WAN releases (note that release versions available between the 1100 and 1100X series for Viptela OS are different)

● Select the Cisco DNA subscription SKU. This would include whether it’s cloud or on-premises, the bandwidth tier, and the subscription term.

Cisco Solution Support (paid support) is the default Cisco support service. However, Cisco Solution Support is not mandatory; the customer may choose to use the Cisco Subscription Embedded Software Support (0$ support) included with the purchase of this software.

Cisco Subscription Embedded Software Support includes:
● Access to support and troubleshooting via online tools and web case submission. Case severity or escalation guidelines are not applicable.

If a customer intends to change from Cisco Solution support(default) to Cisco Subscription Embedded Software Support, this can be done by selecting the corresponding Embedded OnPrem/Cloud support SKU (Essentials/ Advantage/Premier) under On Prem Subscription License/ Cloud Subscription License based on the subscription selected.
