Cisco announces the end-of-life and end of support dates for Cisco HX Data Platform Software Versions 3.0(1x) and 3.5(1x).

Software maintenance support for 3.0(1x) and 3.5(1x) software releases will end on Feb 15, 2020. No bug fixes, patches or maintenance releases will be provided for this Cisco HyperFlex Data Platform release after that date. The last date of support for Cisco HX Data Platform Software Versions 3.0(1x) and 3.5(1x) is May 15, 2020.

Starting from Dec 15, 2019, only sev1 and security vulnerability issues will be addressed with HX Data Platform releases 3.0(1x) and 3.5(1x). It may be necessary to upgrade to later software release to correct a reported problem.

Software maintenance requires an active service contract.

Product Migration Options

Customers currently running HyperFlex Data Platform versions 3.0(1x) and 3.5(1x) should upgrade by May 15, 2020 to the latest Recommended Release.
